The special flair and diversity of the quarter will be brought to life for you on this guided tour. The history of the former Pfanni area, the interim use and the current urban development and overall vision of the Werksviertel will be explained.
We can focus on architecture, history and art & graffiti, among other things.

The new tour format offers groups of guests individual insights behind the scenes. The guides are specially trained eventfabrik employees.
Guests not only get a look behind the scenes of the event halls and an insight into the history of the site, but also get to know operators, institutions and service providers. Here and there you can also taste and test - so let yourself be surprised.
Werksviertel-Mitte Genusstour
Erlebt das Werksviertel-Mitte von seiner genussvollsten Seite! Bei dieser rund 2,5-stündigen Probiertour werfen die Teilnehmer einen exklusiven Blick hinter die Kulissen der vielfältigen Gastronomieszene eines der spannendsten Stadtviertel Münchens.
Von traditionell bayerischen Spezialitäten wie frisch zubereiteten Pfanni Reiberdatschi nach Oma Annis Rezept über authentische thailändische Streetfood-Küche bis hin zu aromatischem, hausgeröstetem Espresso – diese Tour bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas Besonderes.
We only move through part of the former Pfanni site. However, the development plan for the entire site will be explained as an overall concept using the urban development model and some highlights, such as the Medienbrücke, the High Rise One or the Plaza Werksviertel, will be integrated into the presentation.

Erlebt bei einem Quartiersspaziergang einen Ort, an dem handwerkliche Braukunst gelebt wird. Das Werksviertel-Bräu verbindet jahrhundertealte Tradition mit einem modernen Anspruch an Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit. Begleitet uns auf einen Blick hinter die Kulissen und entdeckt, wie echtes Bier entsteht.
Habt Ihr Euch schon einmal gefragt, wie tief unser Brunnen ist – und warum genau dieses Wasser so entscheidend für den Geschmack ist? Oder was eigentlich von der Spelze über das Anschwänzen bis hin zum Zwickl passiert? und warum ein „Whirlpool“ in der Brauerei ganz sicher kein Wellnessbereich fürs Bier ist?
Die Brauereiführung ist ein Erlebnis für alle Sinne. Riecht das Malz, seht die Gärung, hört die Geschichten und schmeckt am Ende bei einer Bierverkostung unsere Braukunst.

We provide unique insights into our sustainability concepts and innovative solutions that are implemented here every day.
A special highlight of this tour is the visit to the impressive Stadt-Hochalm on the roof of WERK3. Up here, a green oasis of peace awaits us, where sheep, chickens and bee colonies have found their home. Find out more about the exciting "Almschule" educational project, which brings city children closer to nature and teaches them the value of sustainable lifestyles.
Werkkrafttour
Erlebt ein urbanes Stadtquartier mit einem zukunftsorientierten Versorgungssystem, das ökologische Verantwortung mit innovativer Technik verbindet. Im Mittelpunkt dieser Führung steht unser Energiekonzept und damit die zentrale Frage: Wie können wir ein Quartier so gestalten, dass es nachhaltig, effizient und zukunftsfähig mit Energie versorgt wird?
Während der 2-stündigen Tour besichtigen wir die Energiezentrale des Werksviertel-Mitte und erhalten Infos zur dezentralen Infrastruktur, die mit Blockheizkraftwerken und Medienkanälen für ein intelligent gesteuertes System sorgen. Erhaltet einen Einblick wie Energie vor Ort erzeugt und effizient genutzt wird – in Form von Strom, Nahwärme und Nahkälte.
