Please note that we as the operator of the venues are responsible for the provision and functionality of the venues, but we are not the organizers of the individual concerts.
Questions about tickets, refunds, artists, service providers or other event-specific topics must be addressed directly to the respective organizer. The organizer's contact details can be found in our calendar entries for each event.

Age restriction for concerts
The Youth Protection Act applies here:
Children under the age of 6 may not attend concerts, and children under the age of 14 may only attend if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. From the age of 14, you are usually allowed to attend alone (there are a few exceptions). As a general rule, concerts are over by 11:30 pm at the latest.
For safety reasons, you should carry an ID card for age verification.

Information on directions by car or public transport can be found under directions. There you will also find information about nearby hotels.
Backstage area
The backstage areas are exclusively accessible to artists, production and staff.
Handicapped accessible
Access to the TonHalle, the Technikum and the WERK7 theater is at ground level, and there is also a disabled toilet in all locations.

Please contact the respective organizer regarding any tickets for accompanying persons. The organizer will also provide you with information about wheelchair spaces at the respective event.
Bringing your own chairs or stools to concerts is prohibited for fire safety reasons.
Food
As a general rule, food is not sold at concerts. However, if you would like to eat something before or after the concert, you can find an overview of the options in the neighborhood here.
Photos
For any photography permits at concerts, please contact the respective organizer. You can find the respective organizer in our calendar.
Lost and Found
Have you lost something at an event? Please send us an e-mail using the contact form. All lost property will be forwarded to our office.
Cloakroom
Bei Konzerten habt Ihr die Möglichkeit Kleidung und Taschen (DIN A4 groß) für 3,00 € an unserer Garderobe abzugeben. Bitte beachtet, dass je Marke nur ein Kleidungsstücke oder Tasche abgegeben werden darf.
Drinks
It is not permitted to bring your own drinks to concerts.
Drinks can only be purchased in cash, no card payment.
Drinks will be served in compliance with the Youth Protection Act. Proof of age may be requested by the staff, so please carry an ID or driver's license with you.
Ticket sales
Advance booking
Tickets are sold exclusively by the concert organizer. Eventfabrik München GmbH is not involved in ticket sales and therefore cannot provide any information about available tickets. Information about the participating ticket agencies can be found in the calendar under the individual concerts.
If you have any questions about the tickets, please contact the ticket agencies or the organizer of the respective concert.
Box office
You will find out whether there is a box office in the calendar on the day of the event at the latest. The box office opens at the specified admission time of the respective concert.
Sold out
If a concert is marked as sold out, then there are no tickets sold at the box office.
Concert duration
The admission times for the events can be found in the calendar. As a rule, the concerts are over by 11:30 pm at the latest.
Party after the concert
There are no parties after the concerts in the TonHalle München, Technikum and WERK7 theater. There are several places to go out and party in the district, bars and clubs with different styles of music or various snack bars and restaurants to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. Smoking
The TonHalle München, Technikum and the WERK7 theater are strictly smoke-free venues in accordance with the Non-Smoker Protection Act. It is possible to smoke under the roof by the main entrance during concerts.
The use of e-cigarettes is also strictly prohibited on our premises.
Safety measures at concerts
Visitors to the event must be prepared for significantly longer waiting times at the entrance due to increased controls. Visitors are also asked to refrain from bringing large bags, rucksacks, handbags and helmets, as well as all kinds of items that are not absolutely necessary. This is to support and speed up the control measures. The security personnel will be commissioned by the respective organizer, not by the eventfabrik.
