The creation of BEAST IN BLACK
The Finnish-Hungarian band BEAST IN BLACK was founded in 2015 by guitarist Anton Kabanen after he left the symphonic metal band Battle Beast. With BEAST IN BLACK, Kabanen realized his musical vision: an energetic mix of power metal, 80s synthesizer sounds and epic melodies. The band's name is inspired by the dark manga series Berserk, whose atmosphere is also reflected in many of the lyrics.

Unique sound between retro and modern
BEAST IN BLACK succeed in combining powerful metal riffs with electronic elements and catchy melodies. The sound thrives on a mixture of melodic bombast, driving rhythms and the expressive voice of singer Yannis Papadopoulos, who impresses with his enormous vocal range. Songs such as "Blind and Frozen", "Sweet True Lies" and "Moonlight Rendezvous" demonstrate the band's stylistic versatility - somewhere between power metal, synthwave and hard rock.
